New for 2020, the Genesis GV80 is an SUV that allows you the opportunity to enjoy three-rows of luxury, comfort, and technology. You'll get the option of a five- or seven-seater Genesis GV80, which is something many other SUVs cannot offer you. Houston drivers love the Genesis brand, and when you compare this SUV to the competition, you'll see why the Genesis GV80 lease is making such big waves in the industry. Are you trying to consider whether to bring home a Lexus NX, a Mercedes-Benz GLA, or the Genesis GV80? We know it can be tough, so here's a quick breakdown of how these SUVs compare where it counts.

Genesis GV80 vs. Lexus NX

  • In the Genesis GV80, you'll get the option to seat as many as seven passengers or as few as five when properly equipped. With the Lexus NX, you don't have the option to upgrade your SUV to include seating for seven passengers, so space is limited.
  • When traveling in The Woodlands, GV80 drivers will have the opportunity to include Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist to help them stay safe. The Lexus NX offers Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Assist, but it's not available on the base level trim.
  • In the Lexus NX, you don't get any park assist features, while the Genesis GV80 can allow you to autonomously park your vehicle with the available Remote Start Park Assist, so pulling into tight spaces is no longer stress-inducing or hair-raising.
  • Both models offer all-wheel drive, but the Lexus NX offers an Inline-Four engine, while the Genesis GV80 offers an available 3.5-liter V6 engine and a standard 2.5-liter engine.
  • In the Genesis GV80, you'll have the option to upgrade to include second-row heated, ventilated, and power reclining seats, while the Lexus NX doesn't even offer heating or ventilation for the rear seats.

Genesis GV80 vs. Mercedes-Benz GLA

  • When it comes to luxury, these brands have it down to a science, but the Mercedes-Benz GLA can't offer seating for up to seven passengers the same way that the Genesis GV80 does.
  • In the Genesis GV80, you'll have two engine options: A standard 2.5-liter engine, and a 3.5-liter V6 engine on available trims. With the Mercedes-Benz GLA, you're stuck with one engine options, which is a 2.0-liter inline-four turbo.
  • In the Genesis GV80, you'll have the opportunity to equip the revolutionary Remote Start Park Assist feature, which parks your vehicle for you. With the Mercedes-Benz GLA, you'll have the option to equip a similar feature, the Active Parking Assist feature, as part of a package.
  • In the Genesis GV80, Spring TX drivers get a 14.5-inch infotainment screen, but with the Mercedes-Benz GLA, you're going to get a smaller infotainment screen, since this luxury SUV offers a standard eight-inch color display.
  • For Mercedes-Benz, Cypress TX drivers get Lane Keeping Assist as part of a package that you need to spend $1,500 to equip on the GLA. For the Genesis GV80, you get Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keeping Assist, and Automated Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection standard.
